The Best Off Grid System on the Market

Need to power a house, shop, homestead or tiny home? The Apex is the go-to inverter for anything off grid. Available in 6.5 and 10 KW models which both deliver split-phase 120/240V of clean, pure sine-wave output. Here’s what they do in layman’s terms:

6.5 kw: AC output 27 amps @ 240v, 54 amps @ 12ov, accepts 10,000 watts solar/hour with 2 separate PV inputs

10 kw: AC output 41 amps @ 240v, 83 amps @ 120v, accepts 11,00o watts solar/hour with 2 separate PV inputs

Not enough power? The Apex AC outputs can also be wired in parallel, which will double the outputs and inputs with 2 units, triple them with 3 and so on all the way up to 6 units. 

At 11,ooo watts/hour, the Apex solar charger is excellent. To put it’s power in perspective, the average American home consumes 30 kwh of electricity daily (source: https://www.eia.gov/tools/faqs/faq.php?id=97&t=3). At maximum capacity with proper sunlight, the Apex can produce this in less than 3 hours and 2 Nexus batteries will provide it in storage. The  Apex solar specs make installation super easy, with two separate inputs operating between 125-425 volts, meaning you can wire large strings in series without having to connect series-parallel. Average 440w panels operate in 30-45v range, meaning you could wire up 8-12 of them in series on each input. Anyone who has installed solar before knows this saves huge amounts of time and wire! 

The Apex pairs best with the Nexus, a 48v LiPo battery boasting 15,000 watts (15 kwh) of storage. Just two Nexus provides the 30 kwh average energy consumption of an American home. These batteries are super easy to install with under 5 connections to make- just plug it in and push the button. Boom. I really love their locking wheels, which are the only of their kind,  for easy transport or secure placement. 

The Apex and Nexus really have everything you’d want in solar equipment: they contain their own disconnects, overcurrent protection, BMS and Wifi connection plus are IP rated for outdoor installation in a wide range of operating temperatures. 

After installing dozens of solar brands, it is my professional opinion that the Apex- Nexus combo is the the most cost effective package on the market with battery and inverter together coming in >$5,000. Compare that to the next best inverter, EG4’s 18k PV, which runs $5,000 for just the inverter and no battery, and it’s a no brainer.
